In operation since 2012, Ensemble Consultancy morphed into existence as the vehicle for the next phase in personal growth for a number of the team. Having worked thorough a myriad of problems for business support functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Marketing & Development and Facilities/Business Services mostly operating on a global basis in over 30 countries managing 365 day service models there were no more surprises – moving to a consultancy model seemed to be next natural progression.

We have all worked in a variety of complex business environments dealing directly with clients, suppliers, work colleagues and many business consultants!  Moving to a consultancy platform means that we can share our experiences, industry best practices and, we hope add greater value with faster turnaround than if we had started off life as consultants!

Our life experiences mean that we are pragmatic in our approach, action based and benefit driven, we will talk incessantly about the need for collaboration and  communications but will put introduce you to tools that will simplify the amount of information that you need and enable communications to become a natural stream of information and collaboration.

We work with efficiency and honesty are very comfortable in recommending low impact options rather than a long term programme of work if it is the right approach for your organisation.
