Identified the need for a more confident and financially aware Office Manager to step up and take tasks from the Chief Executive. Through analysis of current role and identification of skills required we were able to reduce efforts for current tasks through automation, delegation and process streamlining providing time for training and taking on more senior activities. Contracted as Engagement Management and Service Consultant to build and manage relationships for practice groups, lawyers and clients with clear measures and remit for involvement in all projects, processes and changes to drive organisational efficiencies. Part of 12 month contract.
Case Study 2
Formal mentoring given to direct reports in all roles. Support has often continued once contracts have ended and the work takes Ensemble Consulting elsewhere. Guidance and support provided virtually and when allowed via face to face meetings.

Provided cover for Global IT Support Manager role. Led the provision and development of technology systems, processes and practices for 28 + offices. Managed >50 persons in function.
